Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was nice and clean, but it would have been more welcoming with better cleanliness. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful and meeting all our needs. The location was fantastic with stunning mountain views, perfect for hiking enthusiasts. The dining was good but could have been improved, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel offered incredible views of the mountains and had a nice terrace, but the sofa bed in the spacious room needed cleaning as it was full of hair. The breakfast was clean and generous overall, though it lacked a bit of variety. The staff was helpful and took care of our needs, but they were not ready to serve food before 7 pm and gave misleading information about taxi prices. It was missing a relaxing evening drink spot, which was a downside.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and satisfying for our needs, but there were some dust issues that needed attention in the family rooms. The service was generally great, especially with Niha from the restaurant being extremely polite. However, there was a lack of local area knowledge for recommendations. The location was impressive, offering a stunning view and close proximity to hiking trails, although some guidance would have been appreciated at times. The dining experience boasted a wide variety of dishes but could have had a larger selection overall. Upgrade options to rooms with balconies were notable highlights. Price and value for money were moderate.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with excellent views, new and clean facilities, and helpful staff. However, the dining experience is a bit lacking in variety. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying beautiful mountain views.
The hotel had modern rooms with a nice design, meeting our needs satisfactorily, although the lights were flickering and some dusting was needed, especially on the sofa bed. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, offering exceptional service while being comical at times. The location was great with a stunning view, perfect for hiking and enjoying the mountains, although the high price tag might be a turn-off. The dining experience needed urgent improvement in quality and choice. The facilities were average, lacking standout features.
The hotel offers spacious and nicely decorated rooms that are part of a wonderful historical project. The rooms are clean, generous in size, with lovely front and back terraces. However, the lights flickered at times, and there was no late check-out option despite the low occupancy.
